1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the PK65 website, creating an account or using any part of the platform — including Sports Betting, Live Casino, Slots, Fish Games or the Bet section — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

These terms apply to all users of PK65 regardless of how they access the platform, whether through a mobile browser, desktop browser or any other method. Using the platform constitutes acceptance of these terms even if you do not complete formal registration.

PK65 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and use PK65 you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting in a personal capacity, not on behalf of a business or third party.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of a PK65 employee in a role that could create a conflict of interest.

PK65 does not verify the legal status of online gaming in every location. It is your responsibility to check whether using this platform is permitted under the laws applicable to you. PK65 makes no representation that use of the platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.

If PK65 has reasonable grounds to believe that you do not meet the eligibility requirements — including age — your account will be suspended pending verification and may be permanently closed.

3 Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold one account on PK65. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name or using different contact details — is prohibited. If duplicate accounts are discovered, all accounts associated with that person will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.

When registering you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false details, including a false name, date of birth or contact information, is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. PK65 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have not taken reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you should contact PK65 support immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action to secure your account.

PK65 reserves the right to request identity verification at any point. This may include providing a copy of a government-issued ID, proof of address or confirmation of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable time may result in account suspension.

4 Deposits

All deposits to PK65 are made in PKR. Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and other mobile wallet options as displayed in your account at the time of deposit.

Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Using a payment method belonging to another person is not permitted and will result in the relevant transactions being reversed and your account reviewed for further action.

PK65 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges — these are outside PK65's control and are your responsibility.

Deposited funds are for the purpose of gaming on the PK65 platform only. PK65 is not a banking service and deposits should not be treated as savings or investment funds. If you deposit funds and subsequently wish to withdraw them without placing any bets, PK65 reserves the right to review the transaction before processing.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method — check your account deposit page for current limits.
• Deposits are credited to your PKR balance as quickly as the payment provider processes the transfer.
• If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed back to the payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. PK65 supports withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer.

Before processing a withdrawal, PK65 may require identity verification. This is standard practice and is intended to protect both the player and the platform from fraudulent activity. Providing accurate documentation promptly will speed up this process.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframes displayed in the Withdrawal section of your account. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and volume of requests at the time.

• Withdrawals can only be made to accounts or wallets registered in your own name.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply — check the Withdrawal page for current limits.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings generated from bonus play that meet wagering requirements may be withdrawn.
• PK65 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions, though your bank or wallet provider may apply their own charges.

PK65 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of these terms, or if verification documents have not been submitted as requested.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

PK65 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses and seasonal promotions — particularly around PSL, T20 tournaments and other major cricket events. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are displayed at the time the offer is presented.

General bonus conditions that apply across all PK65 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier is stated clearly in each offer's terms.
• Bonus funds and real-money balance are tracked separately. Real-money funds are used first; bonus funds are applied once real-money balance reaches zero.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any unused bonus balance or associated wagering progress is forfeited when a bonus expires.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, household, device or IP address.
• PK65 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed.
• If PK65 has reasonable grounds to believe a bonus is being abused — including through low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play — the bonus and any resulting winnings may be voided.

Promotions are intended for recreational players engaging genuinely with the platform. If you are unsure whether a particular betting strategy is permitted in the context of a bonus, contact support before proceeding.

7 Betting Rules

PK65 offers Sports Betting across cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, tennis and Esports. The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled or amended after it has been accepted by the system.
• Odds are displayed at the time of placing a bet. If odds change between you selecting a bet and the system confirming it, the bet will be placed at the odds confirmed by the system.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error — where odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault — PK65 reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return stakes.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to network latency. PK65 cannot guarantee acceptance of in-play bets in every circumstance.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These are displayed at the time of placing the bet.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed or significantly altered, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport or market as published on the platform.
• PK65 uses third-party data providers for results and settlement. In the rare event of a data discrepancy, PK65's decision on settlement is final following review.

Accumulator and multi-bet options are available on eligible markets. All individual legs of an accumulator must win for the accumulator to pay out, unless the specific market rules state otherwise.

8 Casino and Game Rules

PK65's Live Casino, Slots and Fish Games sections are provided through third-party game software providers. While PK65 selects providers carefully, the rules and mechanics of individual games are governed by each provider's own game rules, which are accessible within each game.

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) or, in the case of Live Casino, by live dealing processes conducted by real dealers.
• Malfunction of any game software voids all related plays and bets. Stakes will be returned in the event of a confirmed malfunction.
• Game history and transaction logs are maintained by PK65 and the relevant provider. These records are considered definitive in any dispute.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game interface.
• Players may not use external tools, scripts or software to gain an unfair advantage in casino games.

Fish Games operate on a shared pool model where multiple players participate simultaneously. The rules specific to each Fish Game title — including multipliers and special features — are displayed within the game itself.

9 Prohibited Conduct

• Creating more than one account or registering under a false identity.
• Using the platform while under the age of 18.
• Using automated betting bots, scripts or any software designed to interact with the platform without human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds or any technical vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes or exploit bonus offers.
• Attempting to launder money or use PK65 as a conduit for financial transactions unrelated to genuine gaming.
• Threatening, abusing or harassing PK65 staff or other users.
• Sharing your account login with other people or allowing others to play on your account.
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name.

PK65 monitors accounts for unusual activity and reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected. During an investigation, your account may be temporarily restricted. PK65's decisions following an investigation are final.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

PK65 may suspend or permanently close your account for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity.
• Account inactivity for an extended period — inactive account policies and any applicable fees are detailed in your account settings.
• At your own request, including for self-exclusion purposes.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If funds are ultimately determined to have been obtained through prohibited conduct, they will be forfeited.

If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to a terms breach — such as inactivity or at your own request — any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after any applicable verification checks.

11 Responsible Gaming

• PK65 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, network errors or third-party service failures.
• PK65 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses connected with your use of the platform.
• PK65's total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount of funds held in your account at the time the relevant issue arose.
• PK65 does not accept liability for losses arising from your own decisions regarding betting or gaming strategy.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for any other matter where limitation of liability is not permitted by applicable law.

14 Changes to These Terms

PK65 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users.

Your continued use of PK65 after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
